Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our services with a 30-day no-questions-asked guarantee. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied within the first 30 days of starting our lead generation marketing services, you may cancel and receive a full refund on our retainer.

Beyond the 30-day period, a 3-month commitment is required, during which cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.


Service Delivery Timeline

  • Setup Timeline: Lead generation campaigns can be set up within 2 weeks of the start date, provided all necessary information is received promptly from the client.
  • Delays: While we aim to meet all deadlines, clients acknowledge that delays may occur due to external factors or incomplete information provided to us. Any delays will be communicated transparently.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our partnership, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely business information and materials required for campaign setup.
  • Managing, responding and booking consults with the leads generated through our campaigns in a timely manner.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact the effectiveness of the campaigns, and we cannot be held liable for diminished results under such circumstances.


Cancellation Policy

  • 30-Day Guarantee: Clients may cancel within the first 30 days and receive a full refund on our retainer.
  • Commitment Period: After the initial 30-day period, a 3-month commitment applies. Cancellations during this period require a 30-day written notice. After the commitment period, services are on a month-to-month basis, and cancellations must also be accompanied by a 30-day written notice.

Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve any disputes amicably and encourage clients to contact us directly with concerns. For payment disputes, our agreement stipulates that the client is responsible for paying the retainer unless cancellation terms are explicitly met. We will work with Stripe’s chargeback process if necessary but aim to avoid escalations through proactive communication.


Ad Spend Management

Clients are responsible for funding their own ad spend, which will be directly allocated to the marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google). We ensure transparency in budget utilization and provides detailed reporting on performance and ROI.


Compliance

We adhere strictly to Stripe’s prohibited and restricted businesses policy. All lead generation campaigns are designed to comply with ethical standards, and we actively vet campaigns to avoid any misleading, fraudulent, or non-compliant practices.


Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy as necessary to reflect changes in our services or Stripe’s guidelines. Clients will be notified of any significant updates.
